Hot air entering cabin-recirc not working-Air-con switching on/off 850

Tucker,the Aircon works well and feels cold enough when compressor is working but then it turns off (say 5 min )@high speed fan #4.And because the recirc door doesn't close properly -outside air rushes in and hence the uncomfort heat entering in the cabin- by the way the airmix is turned off.
Madeinjapan noted it might be the gas (not enough off in system) might be the cause. I'll try that first and take it from there.
Getting back to the recirc door I was wondering if there is a seal that needs replacing as I've already fixed that broken mechanism,what do you think?
