I would fix the air pump myself, using "genuine" VW VR6 parts. Same pump as Volvo, MUCH cheaper.
Both O2 sensors? Usually only the front fails at that milage. FCP has them for half the dealer cost. Besides, if the air pump fails, codes for the O2 sensors will be triggered. Fix the air pump, clear the codes, and see what shows up.
