Squeaky steering wheel in the cold S70

Since it started getting colder here, my 1998 S70's steering wheel has been squeeking when turned. It is definitely coming from the wheel itself, not further down the system. The steering still works as well as usual but the noise is a bit annoying! Is there something in there I can lubricate?

I love this car, got it in May and drove it from CA to Ontario and it just purrs. My best car so far!
