Moe,

I finally got around to taking the car to the local Volvo dealer, they downloaded from sweden a software fix for this. Works very well (touch wood) with none of that annoying tap that we both feel on our car's. The charge for this was $20.00. Get yours done Moe, this little problem was affecting the enjoyment we experience with this car. The rest of the car is absolutely beautiful.
