ETM Repairs 2001

Volvo had a TNN months ago stating that cleaning ETMs was a waste of time so IF the problem is properly diagnosed as requiring a new ETM, that's what they'll do.
FYI, there are other possible reasons why any engine can have rough idle besides a bad ETM so people shouldn't always jump to that conclusion until it's been diagnosed.
