Double Check the Spring Seats!!!

I futzed around and replaced just about every suspension bushing before I actually broke down and decided to replace the struts. When I broke down the strut, GUESS WHAT I FOUND?!??!?!

The spring seat had dissentigrated where the strut was inserted into it. You cannot really tell, but a good way indicator is if there is rubber dust in the strut well (on top or on bottom). Just pop off the little cap and have a looksie.
