If they're used, say from Ebay and you don't have the paper with required programimg #s (some have 8, others have 8 plus another 16), the remotes CAN'T be programmed at any dealer. A dealers PC is required to program those (SW required) and w/o the #s, the remotes are completely useless and only worthy of being trashed. Seen this many times.
If bought used and w/o the #s, tell the seller to refund your money as you've been ripped off.
