The cushions look like a mini ballon or air bag. The changer is support on them. One side must have leaked out air and now the changer sits inside the housing at an angle and ejects the cartridge any time you hit a reasonable bump in the road. I am assuming if I change the mini air bags, the unit will return to normal operation.
