click/clunk sound during gear shift from 2nd to 1st S40-V40

I had this wired sound for a while now. Sometime when I stop at the traffic light, there is a tiny click(clunk) sound during gear shift from 2nd to 1st when speed is around 10-15 mph. The shift was not harsh though. I could hear it most of the time during night driving. Also the car needs to be completely warm up and braked several times. A tech from dealer had a test drive with me and he did not believe it was from transmission. Transmission fluid has been flushed recently and the car is 2000 S40 with 50K miles.

Any ideas or similar experiences?

Thanks
