2004 V70 'Clicking' Noise V70-XC70

Every time I start my 2004 V70, I hear/feel a "clicking" noise/feeling (for lack of a better description) during the first acceleration. It probably happens about when the car hits 10 mph and sounds like it is outside of the car immediately below the driver's seat. It only happens on the first acceleration after starting the car -- when I stop at the stop sign on the corner and then pull forward again it doesn't happen, but if I park the car and go into a store, it will happen when I come out 10 minutes later -- but it does happen every time I start the car.

Is this normal?

Should I worry (I am)?

Thanks.
