Rear hatch seal rusting inside 850 wagon - How to replace? 850 1997

Hi;

I recently upgraded from a 1988 240 to a 1997 850. Car looks and drives very well, only minor hitch is that the seal on the outside of the rear hatch between the glass and the metal has an inner layer of steel which has started to rust, and hence it does not look that good.

My question is: Is this seal quite easy to replace (type of slide in/out), or is it a complicated operation where one has to take out the rear window etc.? Anybody BTDT?
