I just successfully replaced my broken odometer gear with IPD's kit. It was really easy to do! One of you guys already told me that you can extract the real mileage of the car from the ECU through the DTC socket A7. I was able to get the mileage but I checked it after driving the car for a few miles and it spit out the exact same mileage as it did the first time. I know it should be a few miles higher. Does the ECU record the mileage in real-time or does it update the miles on a regular cycle? Thanks for all of your extremely valuable knowledge!!
