Oil leak at Filler Cap.

I have a 98V70XC that has developed a nasty oil leak at the top of the engine. Oil appears to be coming out of the filler cap. The gasket on the cap looks fine. It leaks worse at highway speeds. When I open the cap with the engine running, I hear a pssst, like opening a soda bottle. Is it normal to have that much pressure in the crankcase? It is a turbo so I assume that there is no flame trap. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
