VACUUM LEAK? 850 1995

1995 850 AUTOMATIC WAGON W/ EGR. I KEEP GETTING A 2-3-1 CODE.
I REPLACED THE VACUUM "TOWER" BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED. CLEANED EGR AND THROTTLE BODY INCLUDING EGR BREATHER HOLE. REPLACED ALL THE VACCUM HOSES.
I CAN'T FIND THE OTHER ELBOW ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE INTAKE MANIFOLD BY THE POWER STEERING PUMP THAT EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT.
ANYONE HAVE PICTURES OF AN ENGINE? I HAVE THREE INSTEAD OF TWO HOSES COMING OUT OF THE VACCUM TOWER. I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING IN MY HAYNES ABOUT IT. I'M A NEW VOLVO OWNER (PREVIOUS BMW GUY). HELP... PLEASE.
