S60 R 2004 Tire Feathering Issue S60

Despite numerous alignments by dealer vehicle continues to feather front tires. Car now has 7000 miles. Dealer has said its the way it is with AWD and high performance tires - it's not bad, live with it. Tire shop says not normal, alignment issue.

What is acceptable? What are actual alignment specs which should cure this issue? ANYONE ELSE HAVING A SIMILAR PROBLEM?? I am getting very frustrated after 5 or more alignments already.
