Debonded interior door panels S70

I'm not sure this was a recall. My '98 S70 GLT had this door panel problem. My dealer refused to fix it due to mileage beyond warranty limits, yet the car was less than three years old. My gripe was that this failure was a well-documented problem with S70's, and not mileage-related. Bobby Rahal Volvo in Pittsburgh told me to 'pound dirt' anyway--and never said anything about a recall. (I haven't seen it on any recall lists either).
