Lug torque and suspension wear questions 850

Good day Bricks-

Can someone please advise the correct lug bolt torque
and if it on the car or in the manual somewhere?

Also, does anyone have any experience with worn suspension
parts? If so what has worn out, and at what mileage did you
replace it. Are there any known weak links in the 850 front
end- things that go out at around 100K, etc.

I ask because of endless steering wheel shimmy after having
4 wheels balanced, rotating fronts to back, and 4 new rotors
and new pads.
