Aux Power Outlet V70-XC70

Just brought home my 2003 XC70. It has just about every option except it does not have a power outlet located in the cargo area. It has the usual outlet in the dash and behind the center console. These are only hot when the ignition is turned on. I would really like a hot outlet in the rear cargo area. Is there a kit available that will do the trick? I would think that since this comes with some option packages maybe the necessary harness wire is already in place. Thanks for the input -
