Drive train or chassis or brake noise? 850

Noise in my 97 850 t5. Varies with speed, not with engine rpm. At lower speeds from 25-40 mph a mild waw..waw..waw. Can't feel it just hear it. Noise stays the same with brake application. Can feel the thump a little when I depress brakes. At speeds higher than 45, just turns into constant whine. Seems more noticeable when costing. Definately a little louder when turning to the right.

Already tried balancing tires. No broken CV boots, although I did notice a sway bar bushing is worn out.
Any ideas of the cause. Thanks.
