That would be your air pump..Mine has started the same thing..(noisy)
the information I have gotten is to drill a hole on the bottom side to allow
the water to escape. I havent looked at it yet and I'm not sure where to dril
the hole but I am told that it is obvious when you look at it.
I have a 98 w/turbo.
