Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction Code 352 V70-XC70 1999

I got a check engine light

I have diagnostic code 352: Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction Code 352

Car; Volvo V70 1999 2.5 engine (non-turbo)

Question:

1. Is Igntion Coil B referring to the ignition coil on a specific cylinder?
2. How can I identify which one to replace?
3. Is this an item replaceable by a user -- or do I have to go to the dealer
4. Overnightautoparts/com calls it IGNITION COIL F3000-108835 FOR $49.00 each should I go with this or try to source it here in the United Kingdom

Thanks for good advice in advance

Peter
