dreadful Gas Mileage 850 1993

Believe it or not, since the change in weather I have noticed about 2-3 MPG less. I have been told that it is the addatives that are put in the fuel for the low temp. That of coarse doesnt explain the 10+ MPG degradation that was posted. Just some of the problem.
