heated seats recall 850 1996

Hi!! My 855 is within chasis range of affected cars - ive phopned dealer already - i posted in case it could belp others,, but thanks for replying

ive discovered mar car has had 3 recalls (including this one)

1st was for EBD which was sorted, but the 2nd (which was issued before i bought the car) was for ECC duct sensor - this was not sorted by previous owner and is no longer active. Now, Ive had a lot of problems with the AC/ECC - evaporator and compressor have both failed (separately) - luckily i can do (and did) these jobs myself. AC works fine - blows cold, blows hot!! But, if set at 'medium temp' say 21 decgrees C, and outside temp is colder, then passenger side will blow warm but my side blows cold!! will only get warm/hot if i dial up the temp. Also, if temp outside then increases, passenger side will (correctly!) start to blow colder.

So assume my side not working properly - temp duct?? Occassionally the AC/REC lights flash, but i ignore now!! As '96 MY, i dont have equipment to code read......................

Do you have any info on this recall and why issued????

Thanks!!
