'94 855T Turbo leaking oil 850

The leak is confined to the hoses, and no blue smoke from the exhaust. I just moved to Glenwood Springs, CO from Chicago where I had a great shop, Hubbard Woods Motors. There are no recommended shops within 3 hours of me, so I'm taking it to a place called Swedish Automotive And Beyond (SAAB), which is here in Glenwood and the only shop within hours that even advertises that it works on Volvos. I'm sure the guy is just trying to get cash out of me for putting in an unnecessary new turbo. I do not trust them at all, but it's all I got.
Thanks for responding and saving me a huge chunk of change.
Non-mechanical folks like me very much appreciate having a resource like this.
Nick
