Dents in doors!

Hello everyone. Upon picking my car up from my local dealer, I had barely gone two hours before a friend accidentally lost control of his harley and reversed down a driveway into the door of my treasured s70 t-5. now there is a large dent in the door from the back tire of the harley. my friend fell on his bum and the bike fell too, damaging both my friend and the bike. needless to say, does anyone think that I would be able to get by hiring a paintless dent removal guy to pull the dent and the ding out - or do you all think this is the job of some serious body work. I've heard about paintless dent removal before - does it work? drawbacks? any feedback would be REALLY appreicated. THX.
