Headlight replacement for 850. 850

Hello all:

I have a '96 850 GLT with the standard headlights installed. I love those blue/whiteish looking headlights out there on the newer Volvo's. How would I get mine to look like those? Do I need to buy new bulbs, and if so, where? Or do I need to get a special casing somewhere? I had another car before and got blue bulbs for it, and they were too blue! I think those lights on the new ones are more white then anything.
