digital clock resets S70 1999

When I turn my car off for the night, the clock resets to 12:00. Sometimes it doesn't do it. It keeps time. Then other times, when I'm at work all day, I come out and it's set to 12:00 again. The battery in my car is fine. Any suggestions??
