turns but wont start up. 850 1996

well i'am back -- my 854 still wont start i pulled the cam sensor and got a 0304 code-- then i pulled the rpm sensor and got no code --- stumped --- fuel pump buzzes--- fuel at the rail--- no spark --- any sugestions ....
