can a vacuum hose leak cause ROUGH IDLE or MISFIRE? 850 1997

I've been trying to eliminate this idle and changed some parts already like;

fuel filter
rotor
ignition wires
ignition coil
front and rear oxygen sensors
camshaft sensor

somewhat lessens a little bit of that idle or misfire after replacing these parts and looks like the remaining work to do is the vacuum elbow hose to replace. Would there be any more reasons why I have this misfire, could it possibly be EGR valve, solenoid, others?

I would appreciate all your expertise and thanks!
