Changing Interior lights S70 2000

Hello, I have a 2000 S70 SE, automatic sedan. the interior light went out on my automatic transmission gear shifter, unable to see P,R,N,D,2,1 during the night, my ashtray light is also out.
I need to figure out how to replace these little light bulbs.
Instructions on where to start disassembly off console.
Or it may be just a fuse I missed, I tried to figure out which fuse it belongs to, but no fuses are listed for these specific areas, I removed at least 8-9 possible fuses, but all fuses were still good.
please help, don't want to pay dealer for such a little item. send email to cpiazza710@rogers.com
thanks
