C70 - Bad Vibration & other I'lls C70

Ed,

I have made it clear to the dealer that I won't consider the car until the vibration is resolved and they seem willing to attempt to fix it. Since they are not a Volvo dealer (Acura) they don't have first hand knowledge of some of the C70 / Volvo quirks so I was trying to give them something to focus on to hopefully resolve the problem.

The vibration occurs at high speeds WITHOUT BRAKING. If it was a bent rim or out of round tire wouldn't that show up during balancing? They "claim" the tire were rebalanced.
