Power Window Trouble 850 1995

Had the same problem on our 96 wagon driver's side. It is possible to remove assembly and then take the switch apart very carefully and clean. Switches are a pain with little tabs holding together and small springs and contacts inside. However, when I did this it only lasted about 6 weeks before sticking again.

Best bet is to find another assembly (eBay is where I got mine for about $45). Replaced it a few weeks ago and working like a champ so far. And now I have an extra assembly with 3 good swithes in it for future repairs.
