internet extended warranty S70 1998

I was offered great deal from www.warrantygold.com on extended warranty for my '98 S70 T5 (about $1000 for 3 years or 36000miles) but i don't have any experience on "internet warranty", and also do you think '98 S70 T5 with 56000 miles needs extended warranty??? i just bought it 7 days ago and apsolutely love it!!! it is my first Volvo. help is gratly apprecieted.
