Anyone know what's involved in repairing/replacing a non-functioing odometer? The car has the VDO gauge cluster, and I'm guessing there is a small electric motor that drives the odometer. Perhaps the motor is gone, or a drive gear? Is the only fix to buy the speedometer as an assembly from the Volvo dealer? The speedo works fine, as does the odo in the trip computer. Thanks in advance.
