EGR Temp sensor bad 850 1994

I have had a perssitent code 4 1 3 on my 850, I have tracked it back to the Thermistor in the EGR body. I was suprised to find that this item has a replacement price of over $200. I know that a thermistor at Radio shack cost about 50 cents but I do not know the range value of this thermistor. If someone could tell me or even measure the value of their own and tell me that would be great. I would need to know the resistance and the temp together ( ie. 2 Kohms at 20 degrees C ) I could then interpret the thermistor value. I am also open to other cleaver ideas out of this predicament.
