strange sqeaking noise on low speed S40-V40

Recently, my 2000 S40 developed a wierd sqeaking noise on the rear passenger
wheel. It is like a metal to metal touch while in a very low speed, e.g. just
put the gear in drive position and does not touch the brake and let the car go
with the engine power. The dealer lubricated all the brake parts and
hand brake cable but the sqeaking noise is still there. I was told that the brakes are fine. There are probably a few thousand miles life left before I replace the rear pads. 4mm left on the rear. Is it kind of normal when pads
are getting thinner? Does anyone have the similar experience?

Thanks.
