Water vapor in exhaust - symptom of problem? 850 1996

Folks,

I've noticed that from cold start through to about 20-30 minutes of normal driving, my car produces lots of water vapor in the exhaust emissions. I don't see this on any other cars where I live, which is in the Palm Springs CA area. This occurs at any temp outside below about 70 degrees. Is this a symptom of anything I should worry about?

My engine mods are:
Boost controller set to 16 PSI
Custom chip by Speer
Custom CA intake
Custom 3" cat back.

Thanks

Scott
