Can’t help you with a rack vendor. Jorgens had a good reputation but they are closed. Sure someone else can make a recommendation.

Curious: What is the issue with your rack? I remember earlier you had posted about a leak and it turned out to be a leaking camshaft seal which you replaced. Is the rack leaking or is it another issue? I have some experience with Volvo racks. I replaced the rack on my 90 240. The rack on my 95 850 was leaking. I was able to stop the leak by converting the fluid to synthetic ATF.
