Turbo V70-XC70

Since I live a bit off the highway, I do not cool the turbo after most of my normal driving.

One situation that I do let the car run before shutting it off is at highway rest areas. I sit in the car for several minutes and head to the restroom that amount of time after my wife goes. Since the woman's room tales more time than the men's, we often finish at the same time.

I would be interested at how modern cars can avoid baking oil inside a turbo after a quick shut off.
