2006 v70 - 3rd brake light and wipers out - also alarm issue V70-XC70

I have the 3rd brake light and rear wipers out and also a spurious tailgate open warning message. Is this almost certainly the harness at top left hinge? I will be checking. However twice the alarm siren went off but only when parked at a house in Florida and never at my regular home. I was present the second time the alarm sounded and no burglar was trying to get it. It was spontaneous. I was not touching the car. Any ideas on all this especially the alarm. Thanks.

I am wondering if my possible harness wiring issue is related to the alarm. I am also wondering if in Florida there was some kind nearby radio signal that set it off???
