2016 xc60 t5 AWD XC60

Looking at a 2016 XC60 T5 AWD premier (has 5-cylinder turbo engine). It has 43k miles and second owner CPO coverage to June 2023. Carfax shows all service at Volvo dealership. Looks like the first owner was a Corporate Fleet. I'm guessing it was a Volvo dealer/loaner. Car is at a Mazda dealership used lot. No indication it was sold at auction so guessing it's a trade-in. Any advice on issues or problems with this model or potential purchase.
