Mild hesitation on almost new 99 S70. S70

I just bought an S70 with only 36K miles. I think it was used regularly, just sparingly. It was garaged. The only flaws are a few scrapes and a dented drivers side front fender, the previous owner might have been spatially challenged. The timing belt was replaced when the car was 14 years old with only 28K.

I have been driving it for a few days now and it starts right up and drives pretty well. It doesn't seem to have full power though, it seems underpowered compared to my 94 850 NA, also it feels a bit hesitant, no shuddering hesitating or stalls, just a mild hesitant feeling. I am thinking it is the throttle body. Any other thoughts on what this hesitation might be would be appreciated.

Noel
