Life Expectancy of Monroe Four-C Struts S60

Fellow Brickboarders:

I own a 2005 S60R with about 75k miles. I need to replace the upper spring seat on my RF strut (Monroe Four-C).

It occurred to me that perhaps I should consider replacing the struts all around, but I do not know the life expectancy of the struts. I would hate to replace too early, given the cost of new ones.

What is the experience of you Boarders with the replacement mileage of Monroe Four-C struts?

I have owned the car since 43k miles, and I have not driven it aggressively. I cannot speak for the previous owner.

Thanks for any advice.
