TL:DR
"S" engine was used in 1995, "FS" in 1996
Both use Bosch LH-3.2/EZ-129K


I don't think you'll find that any of those catalogs will claim that an OBD scanner will fit your '95. OBDII wasn't required in 1995 and officially Volvo didn't have it in 1995 either. You need to search it out in your car, not on some computer catalog.
