Climate Control Problems S40-V40 2005

Ahh but stumbling around in the dark is kinda my thing.

I found a document detailing the function of the climate control system, did some reading on the ECC, saw how the computers are all linked. It takes signals from all the usual sensors, interior temp, exterior temp, sun, but also the rain sensor...

The rain sensor that shares the same wiring plug as the sun visor lights. The one that I mistakenly swapped when I had the headliner out to replace the fabric... So yeah, one 5A fuse later and the ECC appears to be working correctly again.

Thanks again
