Low beam Burnt in less than a week V70-XC70 2006

So Both low beams have been replaced in the last month. Before that they lasted about a year. However the driver side just blew in less than a weeks time again. I know this could be a Fluke bulb but I would like to know if anyone has had this scenario on a similar age car. I have a feeling it may be something in the wiring etc.
Seems like the older the car gets the shorter the life of these bulbs?
FYI I have tried both Sylvania silver star and also the GEs so I am not getting the cheapest ones out there nor the most pricy.
