P/S Pump 11 Bar vs 12 Bar S80 2005

"...I'd try it, can't be as difficult as swapping the rack out...."

That's kind of the way I looked at it. Heck, the hardest part of the swap is pulling back the belt tensioner. I plan to do a system flush with CHF-202 at the same time - 12 years/175K on the same fluid is probably enough.

I did a little poking around on the internet this morning. I seems that the S80's and XC90's use the 12 bar while the S60's, and V70's use the 11 bar. Maybe the weight of the car and/or the width of the tires determined what pump they used??
