I would disconnect the battery (do you have the radio code?), then I would look at all the fuses and the female sockets in all the fuse blocks in the car. Check your owner's manual for their locations.

You may have touched something wrong and blew a fuse further up the line.

This may seem like a silly idea, but it costs you little and you may find a bad fuse, a corroded socket, of fix a bad connection in the process.

You should also check the location of each fuse in the process - you may have put one of the fuses back in the wrong location as some sockets are usually left empty.
