If you go the baking soda route, DRY! If you wet it may end up as a yucky paste that you'll probably never remove.

I'll check on the name "Odor-Out". I thought that's what it's called.
It's a product that a friend of mine uses - he's an oil-burner guy. Sometimes he uses this product in people's houses if there is a spill of heating oil. He buys it at a plumbing supply house.
