CV axle S70 1998

The driver's side has a circlip to keep it in the tranny, and that can be a sticky wicket. The passenger side does not! Remove a 2 bolt clamp, and out it comes.

If you don't think dirt got in there yet, you could buy just the inner and outer boots along with some grease, and just replace the boots??? Labor is a bit higher because of the extra work, but the boot kits will be less than $100.

Keeping it running is better than buying new
